The Threshold Guide is an independent reference published for general information. It describes hotel buildings and their surroundings using publicly available material. It is not a booking service, an agency or an operator of any kind, and it carries no advertising for the houses it describes.

The guide has no ownership, agency, sponsorship or partnership relationship with any house named on this site. Nothing published here is written on behalf of a hotel, and no hotel reviews these pages before publication.
